Antagonized and threatened killing some of the key personalities in the 
hierarchy of the government of his late father, which happens to involve 
me. His reason was that his father was shot due to security negligence 
and conspiracy, just to get back to us that has been in his black book 
when his father was alive.The uncomfortable development made me to flee 
my country to South Africa, where I leave as a political asylum, for 
fear of being a victim of his antagonism.

Meanwhile, due to my intimacy with president kabila, and my position as 
the head of a tender board created to look into proper accountability 
of funds generated from the sale of diamond. I was opportune to know the 
secret locations of some money, totaling $100M USD (Hundred million 
united state dollars). I intend to invest this fund in your country, due 
to the stability of your economy. The money is presently with Security 
Company in South Africa. The deposition of this fund was made with a 
very strong written agreement and Signatory under a security code with my 
name as the beneficiary, and was registered as containing photographic  
materials. I cannot claim the fund by myself due to the fact that the 
financial regulations do not permit me as an asylum seeker to own such 
fund. I do not want to do anything that will jeopardize this, as it 
remains my only hope. However, if you are ready to work with me, I will 
give you more details on the way forward. 

I have resolved to give you 15% of the total sum for your assistance in 
getting this fund moved out of Africa, for investment. However, this
