Please do not disregard this email for any reason because it was addressed to you and from myself, this is due to security reasons to avoid any unforeseen problem. I got your contact and recommendation by somebody who claims to know you. I am DR. KENNETH M.MADIBE personal assistant to the Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources here in Mauritius. This business proposal being brought to you involves a contract of 35,600,000.00USD(Thirty five million six hundred thousand united state dollars), which is to be awarded anytime from now by the government. This business proposal involves the supply of vaccines for treating cattle diseases that has been threatening the lives of livestock in this part of the world.

I personally with your help wants to be directly involve in this business transaction, the company that produces the vaccine is located in Amsterdam-Holland and after several negotiations with them, they agreed to sell at 10% discount. Since I am a civil servant am not allowed to partake in such contract, I would like you as a foreigner to act as the manufacturer who will see that the consignment gets to Mauritius.
