I am Mrs. Sifa Mahanya Kabila the widow / second wife of the late
president of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Laurent Desire Kabila who
was shot by his bodyguard on 16th January 2001.
Since the death of my husband and the inception of the new administration
headed by General Joseph Kabila, the son of the first wife, my family has
been suffering severe humiliation of all sorts. Gen. Joseph Kabila with his
new government has gone as far as to frozen all bank account belonging to
my husband and all our properties are been confiscated by him. My children
and I are just lying low for now to let the situation calm down.
Foreseeing all the dangers ahead, I deposited the sum of US$28,000,000.00
(Twenty eight million united states dollars) as consignment with a security
company in Europe so that we can have something to live on later in life.
All I want from you is your assistance to clear this consignment from the
security company in Europe since we cannot travel at this time as our
passport has been seized, or declare ownership of the consignment because
of our names. This means you will have to travel to Europe to do this
clearance. We are keeping it low at this time in Congo so that we will be
able to get this money to resolve our present predicament. As a result of
this, we need a foreign partner in whose name we can obtain all the
necessary documents to make you the bonafide owner of the consignment so
that you can receive and clear the consignment into a bank account.
After the clearance of the consignment, you will also assist us in
investing the money in real estate and buying a family home in the UK. I
know we have not met each other, but I am very confident that we will be
able to establish the necessary trust that we need to execute this project
considering the fact that it will be of mutual benefit to you and my family.
You should indicate your interest in assisting me so that I can link you
up with my first son (Johnson Boy Kabila) who will give all the details and
the documents you need to ensure that this project is achieved. He will
also give you the name of the security company, their contact and the
country in Europe. If you are ready to assist us, your share will be 30% of
the US$28,000,000.00.

son will be able to get across to you for the commencement of the project.
