STRICTLY
CONFIDETIAL & URGENT
I am Mr laurent Ibrahim Musa Kabila(jnr) [27] son of the late President of the
Democratic Republic of Congo Laurent kabila (Mr) who was assassinated on Tuesday
16th January 2001 by one of his bodyguards who also comes from the same
community with him.
With regards to detailed information and recommendation for your company by the
South Africa Trade Journal I wish to commence a very confidential business with
you involving the transfer of $22Million[Twenty Two Million United States
Dollars] into your account overseas pending when I come over there for family
investment and our mutual sharing. This fund was originally mapped out by
my fahter for a military seminar to be held on the 19th of January 2001 at the
military camp in the capital city of Kinshasa.
Following the assassination of my father, I was immediately flown out to Burkina
Faso with a box
containing the sum of money by the help of my mother and uncles and we
deposited the fund in a
Finance and Trust Company in Ouagadougou-Burkina Faso.
Now I would like you to come down to Burkina Faso and assist me by opening a
non-resident and investment
bank account where this money will be deposited for onward transfer into your
account overseas.
My mother and I have unanimously agreed to offer you 20% of the total sum, 5% is
set aside for expenses
that might be incurred in the course of this transaction and 75% will be left
for our family's business in your country.
If this proposal interests you, kindly inidcate by replying immediately
with the above email address.
But if in case you may not render could you please maintain the high level of
confidentiality needed in this transaction.
Thanks for your anticipated co-operation.
Best Regards
Laurent Ibrahim Musa Kabila jnr.
